Both years ‘Flavours Inn’ did a good job of the ‘Food and Event arrangements’ entrusted on them for the event. The meticulous efforts and arrangement, including shifting venue Immediately from our Lawns Outdoors to Indoors within our campus due to unexpected rains for one of the dinners was appreciated by all.

When I was transferred with a promotion to a new Bank branch, I wanted to treat my colleagues. Planning a treat ended up difficult, as I couldn’t get all of them together for dinner, the only way to treat them all was for a lunch ‘at office’, as we always have customers walking in during lunch breaks and can’t leave our office unattended during lunch break.
Once we decided on the ‘Lunch at office’, the next challenge was the shortage of space for setting up the lunch buffet spread. The other challenges of getting everybody around for Lunch while the customers are around and the Plastic waste that would be left was bothering me. Lost without a solution I put the problem on ‘Flavours Inn’ as I wanted something special for the treat, never done before with all these limitations.
The ‘Flavours Inn’ team came up with a concept of “Pothichoru” – A wholesome Kerala meal (Veg and non-Veg) with variety of chutneys. With each meal individually wrapped in a large banana Leaf tendered on flame, giving the meal a nice flavour and aroma, further wrapped on the outside in Daily News Paper – The traditional way, Lunch was carried by school children and office goers in Kerala.
Each ‘Pothichoru’ packet was individually distributed to all my colleagues’ desks. The ‘Flavours Inn’ team made my day! All my colleagues loved my yummy and unique treat … I was reassured that day ‘Every problem has a solution, we just need to apply our mind to identify the solution’. “

On my mother’s 80th Birth Anniversary, our family wanted to conduct a ‘Thanksgiving Prayer Meeting’ in the church followed by Dinner.
‘Flavours Inn’ team organised the Event and the Dinner, they took care of the smallest details of the event and made it a very memorable event for my Mother and our Family.
The Kerala cuisine Non-Veg and Seafood spread was amazing, The welcome drink ‘Fruit Punch’ and the ‘Homemade Wine’ served need a special mention. The serving staff at the buffet were very polite and welcoming to the guests.
My Mother still cherishes the day, and even today talks about the food served and events of the day to anybody visiting her. “
