We cater a wide range of menu options to our customers, with our Kerala, Chinese and Indian Cuisine Dishes.

Our Buffets are categorized as ‘Kerala Sadya’, ‘Kerala Non-Veg Buffet’, ‘Indian / Chinese Veg Buffets’ and ‘Indian / Chinese Non-Veg Buffet’.

  1. Kerala Sadhya

    Sadhya (Malayalam: സദ്യ) is a feast consisting of a variety of traditional vegetarian dishes served on a banana leaf in Kerala. Sadhya means banquet in Malayalam. It is a vegetarian feast prepared, especially when needed in large quantities, for weddings and other special events or festivals like Onam and Vishu.

    A normal Sadhya can have about 24–28 dishes served as a single course. The dishes are served on specific places on the banana leaf in specific order. To suite our customers budgets we also offer mini sadhya with a smaller range of dishes on request.

  2. Kerala Non-Veg Buffet

    Be it Chicken, Mutton, Prawns, Fish, Twitter or Rabbit, each area and community in kerala has its own unique culinary twist on these items. Kerala’s non-vegetarian spread is famous across the world and we cater to some of the best non-vegetarian dishes the state has to offer.

    Kerala’s is true meat lover’s paradise, these dishes will surely hold your taste-buds captive and have you craving for more.

  3. Indian / Chinese, Veg / Non-Veg Buffet

    We cater a range of Indian and chinese Veg and non-veg dishes. We have seen a popular desire among our customers to Include both Indian and Chinese dishes in their buffet, and with a growing popularity of ‘IndoChinese - Adoption of Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques to indian tastes’.

    We also provide options to set up Live Counters at the venue for preparation of some of the Tandoor and Grilled Dishes.
